Room is clean, it was comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and nice service👏🏻 Breakfast is amazing!! But I couldn’t use hotel wifi in my room, if they can fix it would be great!!

The breakfeast is perfect. Hosting is very nice and the location of this small hotel is very strategic. Close to sea and Cunda night life.|The rooms are very clean and we enjoyed staying here very much.|The weather is also good with only 40% humidity.

We stayed here as a couple for 2 nights last week. I wish we had more time so we could stay longer. we had a great time. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great, there are different temperatures every day. I, who does not eat zucchini, enjoyed eating the zucchini in the 3-color pastry without even noticing. The location is within walking distance to the center. It was very enjoyable to go down to the marina from the side streets. The streets look like they've stepped out of a painting. There is no parking problem and the employees are very attentive. The hot water was scalding hot and the jacuzzi was okay. The balcony was sufficient and enjoyable. The room was very large and sufficient. I read that there is tea and cake time between 3-5pm, but this is held in the summer. We couldn't take advantage of it because we went out of season, but it is not an important detail at all. If I come to Cunda again, I would like to stay in this hotel again. We were very pleased, I recommend it. NOTE: Check-out time from the hotel was 11:00. We were very surprised by this. Breakfast ends at 11 anyway. When I asked about leaving late, they said you can leave at 12. Still, I found it interesting to see that it debuted at 11 for the first time.

You use the pavement in front of the hotel as a parking lot. If you come with your car, you will not have any problems. The rooms feel clean when you first enter, except for the smell coming from the toilet drains. There is no minibar in the room, the biggest deficiency in this heat. Air conditioning was quite sufficient. In some photos, the jacuzzi appears to be inside the room, but it can be more enjoyable if the jacuzzi is on the balcony, but the balcony curtains need to be taken care of so that they can be closed completely. If you want to use the pool, do it during quiet times. The breakfasts and the attention of the staff are the most attractive part of the hotel. In terms of location, it is 12 minutes walking distance from the market. If you have a car, the parking lot is full, otherwise it is almost impossible to find a parking space. It is close to the city library, which is on the list of places to visit. Paid beaches are at the end of the island, but there are places where you can swim near the hotel.

There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, there is no parking problem, and it has a good location on the roadside. The rooms were average and clean, but we smelled soap at the entrance. Only the bathroom was a little neglected. It has a cute and beautiful balcony. A quiet hotel to relax. By the way, we loved the breakfast, the fried rice was very nice and had a lot of variety. I would like to thank the staff, especially my brother Mete, who took care of our requests at all hours of the night and met them as much as he could. Cunda Küçük House would be the hotel I would stay in if I go to Ayvalık again.

We had the opportunity to stay for 1 night. We would like to come again and stay for a few days. We came on a stormy day. The staff / or the hotel owner were very thoughtful.
